MUSKWA ENGINEERING

BUILDING THE FUTURE WITH STEM

Muskwa has a long tradition in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). Our first STEM program was Muskwa Propelled, which saw middle and high school Muskwans compete in the Jet Propulsion Laboratory's Invention Challenge in 2012, 2013, an 2014. Out of over 70 entrants each year, ours was the only one not supported by a school. Nevertheless, Muskwa made it to the finals in 2013 and 2014.

Today, Muskwa's intrepid engineers are hard at work on Project Proteus, which is our long-term effort to design and build a multipurpose, high-endurance unmanned air vehicle for marine research.

In the future, Muskwa hopes to pursue additional STEM programs in the fields of astronomy, robotics, and rocketry.
